• Orders are processed only after successful payment (unless Cash on Delivery is selected).

• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Delivery Policy

• Sugar Parcel is not responsible for quality issues after delivery if storage instructions are not followed.

• Sugar Parcel is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information or third-party logistics issues.
• Minor variations in design or decoration are normal.
